Limited Partnership

Offering

Laurian’s private real estate syndication presents an opportunity for accredited investors to purchase partnership interest in Laurian Holdings, a Delaware Limited Partnership organized to invest in a diverse real estate portfolio that includes luxury residences, short term rental properties, and mixed use commercial property.

The Company's Investment Strategy has 3 Core Objectives:

Build a Luxury Portfolio

Acquire a high-value portfolio of luxury real estate in attractive markets at value prices, choosing properties that have potential for short-term income and appreciation.

Earn Income

Operate properties as revenue-generating assets utilizing multiple revenue streams and smart management practices.

Realize Profits

Sell the portfolio at a profit, reimbursing investors' capital contributions and covering the expense of a decade's worth of luxury travel accommodations.

Hassel-free

Investment

The Laurian Company, General Partner,  is made up of an experienced team that includes luxury property managers, hospitality professionals, and real estate agents, and is guided by niche-specific expert advisors.

The Laurian team will handle every aspect of the investment process; identifying properties, analyzing deals, and managing the day-to day operations of the company and properties.

Accelerated

Return

Unlike traditional real estate investments,  Investors in Laurian Holdings don’t have to wait for years to receive a return on their investment. Partners can utilize credit dividends to stay at Laurian and Partner properties beginning year 1.

During the life of the Company, Partners begin having their investment reimbursed with income from short-term rentals and other company operations. When the properties are sold, at a defined portfolio liquidation event, they receive 100% of the profits until they have received their capital contribution back in full.
